Operation And Maintenance (O&M)

Services

We understand the criticality of sound Operation and Maintenance practices on large energy assets. Our primary focus is to reduce the TLCC of energy assets whilst upholding the service-offering’s three main pillars – Uptime, Compliance, and Efficiency. An in-house developed Maintenance platform and Change Management system enables our team of experts.

We identify, project-manage, install, and commission energy asset data acquisition equipment and smart metering solutions on our client’s sites to gain access to detailed, real-time Operation and Maintenance asset data, which:

• Provides insights on Operation and Maintenance of energy assets.
• Allows for the quick identification of inefficiencies and anomalies.
• Empowers clients to make informed decisions.
• Aligned with ISO 50000 and ISO 55000.

We utilise an in-house Maintenance Platform to build asset registers of the various energy assets and to assign scheduled and statutory maintenance activities linked to the specific assets. Reactive work is also linked to assets to enable an accurate asset history.

Change Management is managed using a thorough in-house developed change management system to track and resolve all abnormal conditions, temporary plant operating states, and technical approval of change requests. This system ensures traceability of all changes on site.

Remote access to energy assets, a pre-requisite, allows our team of experts to manage all operation and maintenance activities efficiently and effectively, and directs on-site activities.

BMS Control

We understand the importance or timeous resolution of issues or anomalies on energy assets. Our monitoring team provides a 24/7 rapid response to EP and our customers of any alerts, alarms or notifications associated with energy asset issues or anomalies. A centralised monitoring platform is used and connects to industry-standard communication protocols to allow access to energy asset controllers, PLCs and/or BMS systems. This is a foundational service that enables sound Operation and Maintenance (O&M).
